CV Screen is recruiting for a Facilities Management Advisor to join a highly respected UK consultancy specialising in facilities management, infrastructure and public sector advisory services. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support clients with facilities management strategy, contract performance and operational improvement projects.
  • Analyse service, commercial and contractual information to identify opportunities for enhanced performance.
  • Assist with procurement, mobilisation and transition activities for FM service contracts.
  • Conduct reviews, audits and benchmarking exercises to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to advisory projects focused on public sector infrastructure and outsourced services.

What Experience is Required

  • An interest in facilities management, property services, contract management or consultancy.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
