The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing and CRM Executive to join a well-established and highly successful retail business based in Vauxhall, London, offering a hybrid working pattern. With a salary of up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits, this role is ideal for a marketing professional with CRM and digital campaign experience looking to make a real impact. Our client is an established multi-channel retailer with a nationwide presence, a strong e-commerce offering and an exciting portfolio of products, continuing to invest in customer engagement and digital marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging CRM campaigns across email, SMS and loyalty channels.
  • Create and manage digital marketing content for web, social media and paid campaigns.
  • Build, test and optimise automated customer journeys to improve engagement and sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance, audience segmentation and A/B testing to maximise results.
  • Work closely with creative, buying and retail teams to support seasonal promotions and product launches.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in a CRM, digital marketing or content marketing role.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and managing customer marketing campaigns, ideally Klaviyo.
  • Retail or e-commerce marketing experience, with knowledge of customer journeys and digital channels.
  • Skills in Shopify

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary of up to £40,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Location

The position is based in Vauxhall, London and is easily commutable from Canning Town, Canary Wharf, Stratford, Greenwich, Lewisham, Bermondsey, Wimbledon and Croydon.
