Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a well-established and growing marketing and print solutions business based in Leeds. Offering a salary of £40,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality marketing and print projects. Established for over 30 years, our client employs a talented team of specialists and provides fully integrated print, design, direct mail and marketing services to an impressive portfolio of customers across a range of sectors.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Manage the delivery of print, direct mail and marketing projects from brief through to completion.
- Prepare quotations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products and services.
- Work closely with internal production, design and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service.
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager role within print, marketing or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of print production, direct mail or marketing services.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship management skills.
Salary & Benefits
The salary on offer is £40,000, together with an excellent benefits package including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave, pension, life insurance, healthcare scheme, learning and development, subsidised gym, on-site parking, cycle to work scheme and monthly half-day Fridays.
Location
The role is based in Leeds and is easily commutable from Wakefield, Bradford, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Castleford and Dewsbury.
