Job Title: Compliance Officer

Introduction

CV Screen is recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join an established British business specialising in the design and manufacture of low-energy, sustainable HVAC solutions. Based in High Wycombe, this is a fully office-based position offering a salary of £50,000 plus excellent benefits. Established for over 50 years, the organisation employs around 100 people and supplies products across the UK and international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused professional to play a key role in audit coordination, quality management, certification and compliance, working closely with Finance, Operations and Production teams in a growing and innovative organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
• Maintain quality management systems, documentation and certification records in line with relevant ISO standards.
• Analyse compliance and quality data, producing reports and insights for management.
• Manage certification schedules and liaise with auditors and certification bodies.
• Support process reviews, financial controls and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Experience is Required

• Experience within Finance, Compliance, Quality or Audit, with knowledge of ISO management systems, ideally ISO 9001.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating audits; manufacturing experience or an Internal Auditor qualification would be advantageous.

The role is based in High Wycombe and is commutable from Marlow, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Maidenhead, Slough, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury and Reading. This is a fully office-based position.
