Introduction
CV Screen is recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join an established accountancy practice based near Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper with practice experience to join a well-established and growing organisation supporting a diverse range of clients. The role is 100% office based, offering a salary of £35,000 + excellent benefits. The successful candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, experience using Sage and a good understanding of CIS. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping activities for a portfolio of clients
- Maintain accurate financial records and complete regular reconciliations
- Process purchase and sales transactions and maintain ledgers
- Prepare relevant financial information and reports for clients
- Handle CIS-related bookkeeping and associated administration
What Experience is Required
- Previous bookkeeping experience within an accountancy practice
- Strong working knowledge of Sage
- Experience with CIS and a good understanding of bookkeeping processes

Location
The role is based near Portsmouth and is commutable from Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Waterlooville, Cosham, Chichester and Southampton. Please note, this is a 100% office-based position.
