Finance Assistant
Stanmore - Office Based
Salary: Up to £32,000

Are you ready for an exciting step in your Finance career? Our client, a dynamic and thriving business near Stanmore, is seeking a talented Finance Assistant. Working closely with the Management Accountant, you will support the daily finance function, ensuring financial records are kept up to date and transactions are processed accurately in line with company procedures and regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments
• Support stock checks
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Complete bank reconciliations and support month/year-end
• Assist with general finance duties
  
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous finance or accounting experience
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
