CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting an IT Support Engineer on behalf of a successful, well-established and friendly business based in Bristol. Our client runs a largely Apple-based, cloud-first IT environment and is looking for a Mac specialist to help keep it secure, reliable and running smoothly. Offering £40,000 - £50,000 plus an attractive bonus and hybrid working (one to two office days a week), this is a fantastic opportunity to take real ownership of a modern estate, work closely with the Head of IT and make a visible difference to colleagues every day.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Look after the Mac estate and device management platform, alongside Microsoft 365 and other cloud tools
- Be the first and second point of contact for user IT issues, resolving them quickly and in plain English
- Stay on top of security alerts, patching, backups, device compliance and user access
- Support ISO 27001, GDPR and Cyber Essentials standards, keeping documentation and asset records current
- Manage software licences, SaaS tools and suppliers, and suggest improvements to systems and processes
What Experience is Required
- Proven experience supporting Apple devices using an MDM tool such as Jamf Pro or JumpCloud
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams), plus SSO and identity management
- A friendly, customer-focused manner and a sound grasp of security best practice
Salary & Benefits
£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, pension, training and development budget, life assurance, wellbeing support, enhanced family leave and a range of other company benefits. Hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Bristol (hybrid), within easy reach of Bath, Keynsham, Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea, Thornbury and Yate.
