CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper on behalf of a well-established accountancy practice in Glenrothes, Fife. Duties & Responsibilities

• Carrying out bank and nominal ledger reconciliations promptly and accurately
• Supporting a portfolio of clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping
• Preparing VAT returns for clients
• Producing accounting records to at least trial balance level

What Experience is Required

• At least two years’ bookkeeping experience; accountancy practice experience is an advantage but not essential
• A sound grasp of accounting principles, plus confidence using accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and good communication skills

Salary & Benefits
£28,000 per annum plus benefits. Full details of the benefits package will be shared at interview stage.

Location
Glenrothes, Fife. This is an office-based role, within easy commuting distance of Kirkcaldy, Leslie, Markinch, Leven, Cupar, Cardenden and Lochgelly.
