Basic Salary of £25,000 + Bonus

CV Screen is recruiting for a Junior Buyer for a fantastic company. The role is office based in Watford business park based and a basic salary of up to £25,000 is available + bonus.

ROLE DETAILS
As a Buyer, you'll be concerned with improving and growing the business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners.

You will work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

-          Managing and developing existing client relationships

-          Fixing margins on quoted items

-          Sourcing products

-          Negotiating with suppliers

-          Obtaining freight quotes

-          Meeting targets

-          Dealing with queries and issues in a timely manner

-          Complete client portfolio within SAS

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Junior Buyer will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Previous experience in a customer facing role with excellent telephone manner and communication skills

-          Multilingual skills would be highly desirable (specifically French or Arabic speaking)

-          A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients 

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £25,000 + bonus
