Salary of £32,115 - £35,000

As an Operations Manager, you'll help oversee waste collection from a modern depot in Leicester. This is an office based role with a start time of 6am, with flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.

DUTIES INCLUDE: 

• Lead and motivate a large team.
• Support and develop team members.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor operations and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Team Leader experience
• Sustainability and refuse/recycling industry experience would be desirable.
• HGV License would be a major plus.
  
  

SALARY & BENEFITS:

A salary of £32,000 - £35,000 is available dependant on experience.
